Developing Community Based Innovative Business Models for the Revival of the Internal Areas in the Mediterranean REVIVE Project under the Innovative Sustainable Economy Mission of the Interreg Euro-MED Programme aims to increase the capacities of public and private organizations to implement and coordinate Regional Innovation Strategies and reinforce the competitiveness of SMEs accelerating the transition to a circular and sustainable economy.

The REVIVE project brings together 9 partners and 4 associated organizations from 7 countries of the Mediterranean with a common objective for smarter and green rural areas of Mediterranean.

For the next 33 months starting from January 2024 until September 2026 our partners will work together for deliver capacity and skills development, service design, engage the stakeholders in the phases of co-design and implementation of community based innovative business models and digital innovation hubs aiming to increase sustainable and green job opportunities and revive the social and economic structure in the selected pilot areas of the Mediterranean.

Interreg Euro-MED is a European Territorial Cooperation Programme that aims to make the Mediterranean region smarter and greener and improve the governance between its stakeholders. The Interreg Euro-MED Programme supports cooperation providing funds for projects to make the Mediterranean smarter and greener and to improve the governance in the region. The Programme brings together partners from 69 regions of 14 countries from the Northern shore of the Mediterranean with a common objective: a climate neutral and resilient society for the benefit of its citizens.
