From testing to transfer
After a successful testing phase, REVIVE has developed and validated innovative solutions aimed at revitalising inland Mediterranean territories.
The project now enters a crucial stage focused on transferring, adapting, and scaling these results to new regions and communities. This transition ensures that the knowledge, tools, and methodologies created are not only shared, but effectively implemented in real territorial contexts.
What is the Transfer Phase about?
The transfer phase is built on a structured and collaborative approach, where:
- Experienced pilot regions act as “givers”, sharing tested solutions
- New territories act as “receivers”, adapting and implementing these results locally
- Strong emphasis is placed on peer learning, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement
The objective is to ensure the uptake, adaptation, and long-term sustainability of the REVIVE results across Mediterranean regions.
What will be transferred?
The transfer phase focuses on scaling key REVIVE outcomes, including:
- Community-based innovative business models
- The REVIVE Territorial Business Model
- The Joint Tested Method for pilots
- The REVIVE Transnational Cluster of Innovative Community Cooperatives
These solutions will support local economic revitalisation, innovation, and community cohesion in new territories
Expanding to new territories
Through this phase, REVIVE will reach new Mediterranean regions, helping them:
- Understand and adapt tested solutions
- Strengthen local stakeholder ecosystems
- Develop innovative and sustainable economic activities
This expansion will significantly enhance the replicability and scalability of REVIVE results.
A step towards long-term impact
The transfer phase will:
- Strengthen transnational cooperation
- Support the creation of resilient local ecosystems
- Contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative economies in inland areas
Ultimately, REVIVE aims to ensure that its results continue beyond the project lifetime, creating lasting value for communities across the Mediterranean.
The journey continues — from testing to real impact on the ground.
Let’s start transferring our results and build stronger, more resilient communities together.
