The workshop aimed to raise awareness and train local stakeholders on the possibilities of using advanced digital technologies in tourism. The main objective of the event was to introduce digital tools that support the development of regenerative and boutique tourism and to allow participants to test these technologies in practice. Workshop gathered 24 participants, representatives of tourism providers, municipalities, cultural associations, farms, and stakeholders from the Slovenske gorice region and beyond.

– Use cases for presenting heritage and local stories - Artificial Intelligence (AI)
– Tools for content creation and personalisation of tourism offers
Participants had the opportunity to test various devices, including:
- Oculus VR headsets (multiple generations)
- Nreal and Magic Leap AR glasses
- Apple Vision Pro
- 3D fan-based holographic display
- Virtua Viewer AR app
- AI tools showcased on laptops and tablets
The workshop concluded with an open discussion, where participants could ask questions and receive tailored advice based on their activities.
The workshop was free of charge for participants and co-financed by the Interreg Euro-MED programme and e-Zavod within the framework of the REVIVE project.
