On 17 March 2026, the Institute of Agriculture and Tourism filmed a virtual postcard of the Istria pilot area within the REVIVE project. The filming covered the City of Buzet and the municipalities of Cerovlje, Lanišće, Lupoglav and Oprtalj-Portole.
A total of 11 locations were captured, each authentically representing the diversity and unique character of the pilot area. The goal was to include a wide range of activities, including agriculture, tourism and hospitality, as well as the creative industries, highlighting the interconnectedness of the region.
The virtual postcard will be presented as a series of 360° static shots, combined with binaural sound to create an immersive experience, allowing viewers to feel as if they are truly present in each location.
Postcard will be integrated on the homepage of the REVIVE Istria platform. Which has recently been launched.
