Under the Interreg Euro-MED REVIVE project, two training sessions on the Nubia Market purchasing platform were held on November 25: one for tourism establishments and another for providers gathering around 20 people.
The use of a B2B platform connecting the agricultural and tourism sectors was identified as a key tool to boost local product consumption in the HORECA channel in Mallorca during collaborative workshops organized with numerous stakeholders from Pla de Mallorca in 2024.
Nubia Market was chosen for its advanced technological development, its commitment to conscious consumption prioritizing local products, and its strong focus on sustainability. The platform was awarded at the Nit del Turisme 2025 for its role in transforming the supply chain.
