On Tuesday, February 11, 2025 following a participatory process, the Montagna Pistoiese Food Community was established as the Italian pilot area of the REVIVE project. Agricultural businesses and associations linked to local traditional productions have joined forces to enhance their products and strengthen their identity with the territory.
12 local stakeholders signed the founding act and statute of the Montagna Pistoiese Food Community, marking the beginning of a shared path to promote local excellence through coordinated initiatives.
In the coming months, the REVIVE project will continue to work on this area through testing and implementing actions to support the Food Community, fostering territorial development and revitalization through the introduction of innovative and digital solutions.
ANCI Toscana and CNR-IBE, in collaboration with the associated partner GAL MontagnAppennino, will be actively engaged in the Montagna Pistoiese area.
