On Friday, December 19th, the REVIVE project partner READ S.A. organized a forward-thinking webinar titled “Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and practical integration into the daily operations of catering/manufacturing businesses.”
Empowering Local Gastronomy with AI Led by expert speaker Giorgos Anagnostopoulos, the session was specifically designed for the Aegean Cuisine network. The training moved beyond theory to focus on the practical application of popular Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
Key Learning Outcomes: The goal was to demonstrate how AI can act as a virtual assistant for business owners. Members learned how to utilize these tools to create high-quality marketing materials efficiently, including:
- Menu Localization: effortless translation of menus into multiple languages.
- Visual Content: Using AI to generate engaging images for menus and social media.
- Multimedia Promotion: Creating scripts and generating assets for short promotional videos and voice-overs.
By adopting these tools, Aegean Cuisine members made the first step on how to produce professional-grade content with speed and ease, further promoting the unique gastronomy of the South Aegean.
