At the Verzi Business Incubator in the town of Buzet, which is an associated partner in the project, on 20 October, the Institute of Agriculture and Tourism (IPTPO) organised a workshop for stakeholders in the pilot area.
Representatives of the local authorities of the pilot area were invited, including the Mayor of Buzet, a representative of the Buzet Tourist Board, as well as the mayors of the municipalities of Cerovlje, Lanišće, Lupoglav, and Oprtalj, along with their associates.
Since the main goal of the REVIVE project is the development of innovative business models in the pilot areas, IPTPO has developed a web platform as the conceptual solution for the project. The platform has been created with the following key objectives:
- Promote collaboration and exchange of experiences among users within the local community
- Enable the promotion of services, products, and initiatives of platform users
- Provide relevant information and support from public bodies and organisations
- Encourage active stakeholder involvement in the sustainable development of the local area
During the workshop, the platform prototype was presented to the participants. In the coming period, the final version of the platform will be presented to all stakeholders in the pilot area, who will be invited to register and actively use it.
