On the 21st of January, 2025 SWG RRD with the help from the Association of Agricultural Economists – ZAEM held the Second Interactive Workshop. The workshop was held in Ethno Restaurant RANCH in Rankovce , North Macedonia and consisted of two parts.
Introduction was given for the workday and workshop by the project management team and the experts from ZAEM, the development of the Pilot Action Plan was presented to the community and the importance of their active participatory role in the developing of the Pilot Action Plan.
The first part was delivered through the: Proposal of activities for co-designing the action plan (World Caffeè method) and for the second part Prioritization of activities (method: Prioritization Matrix mapping) was used.
Participants present at this interactive workshop, had the opportunity led by experts, to make valuable input and further contribute to the process of developing the Pilot Action Plan for their region.
The workshop was finalised with the Risk analysis (method: Risk Matrix mapping). The stakeholders presented their opinion on the main risks for implementing the action plan.
